Full Exterior House Wash in Frisco, TX
Wash This NTX was called to improve the curb appeal of a beautiful home in Frisco, TX. The project included a full exterior house wash, pressure washing of the back patio concrete, and a soft wash for a small stone facade. The owner wanted a clean, consistent look across the whole property, and our team followed a careful process to achieve that.
For the exterior house wash we started by pre-wetting all surfaces and surrounding vegetation. Pre-wetting helps protect plants and makes the cleaning detergents work more effectively. After that step we applied detergents designed to break down organic matter and common surface pollutants. This approach loosens dirt, mildew, and other buildup so we can rinse it away without aggressive pressure or scrubbing.
All exterior walls were treated from top to bottom. Working systematically ensures no areas are missed and the finish looks even when the job is done. Once the cleaning solution had time to act, we heavily rinsed all treated surfaces to remove loosened grime and detergent residue. Thorough rinsing is an important part of a house wash to leave a natural, streak-free appearance.
Windows are often overlooked during exterior cleaning, but we made sure every exterior window was fully rinsed down. Proper window rinsing helps remove film and small particles that can dull the look of glass and frames. This step ties into the overall fresh appearance of the house.
The back patio concrete had years of buildup from foot traffic and outdoor use. We used pressure washing on the concrete to remove that buildup and restore a more natural color and texture. Pressure washing is effective for hard surfaces like concrete because it dislodges embedded dirt without leaving a patchy finish.
The small stone facade also got soft washed. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with cleaning solutions to safely remove stains and organic growth from delicate surfaces. Treating the stone facade this way helped ensure the entire exterior maintained a consistent, fresh look.
Throughout the project Wash This NTX focused on careful application of cleaning agents and complete rinsing to protect landscaping and building materials. The result is a home in Frisco, TX that stands out with a noticeably cleaner exterior and boosted curb appeal. The combination of house washing, patio pressure washing, and a soft wash for the stone created a cohesive and refreshed appearance for the property.
